(I) Senior Level : Minimum 10 years in the related activity of Production / maintenance / foundry with ability to manage human and material resources.   

(II) Middle and Junior level : More than 5 years for middle and more than 2 years for Junior level in the related activity


(I) Production Activity  Having knowledge of sintering / cold pressing / calibration / process control / fabrication/ Machining / Assembly / Cast iron furniture making / vendor development operation


4 Quality system professionals (Leaders & Team members) (I) Graduate Engineers preferably Mechanical / Marine Engg.                


(II) Training in lead assessing under ISO regime

(I) Leaders below 40 year 

Tem Members below 35 years.

(I) Leaders : 8-10 year at senior level with Six Sigma training       


(II) Members : 2-5 years at Junior / Middle level with knowledge of various quality systems and processes.

(I) To introduce manager and sustain quality system leading to six sigma embedded group culture.           

(II) Involvement in quality systems and processes including as lead assessor, quality monitor , MR , internal auditor etc.                 

(III) Must have good knowledge of contemporary quality systems such as SQC/SPC/Six Sigma etc.

(I) Seniors: Above 10 years in the field of designing machines                                 

(II) Middle level above 5 years as a design engineer

(I) Lead a team of engineers engaged in production research and development.     

(II) Must have research orientation and flair for production design and development           

(III) Should have knowledge of designing of machines , drawings and engineering computing.

8 HRD Graduates with LLB / MSW / MBA (HRD) 30-45 years Managing and activating HRD process , administering personnel office and handling personnel related legal matters. (I) Experience of managing work force and in house discipline in a large organization. 

(II) Create healthily work environment develop sense of belongingness to the organization and team spirit in the employees.             

(III) Provide training as per need identification process.

9 Training  Diploma / B.E. 40-50 years  Organizing and importing training to workers / employees as identified in their training need To lead industrial training operations and update skill levels of group's workers and employees.
